I called this establishment from over 1,500 miles away to create a special birthday surprise for my daughter. The associate at the florist was incredibly patient and helpful as we worked together over the phone to design the perfect combination balloon bouquet and candy bouquet all put together. I truly appreciated the time, care, and customer service that went into helping me bring the vision to life. The final arrangement turned out exactly how I imagined it. Even though I was out of state, the process was completely seamless. I was able to place the order and pay over the phone, and they prepared everything under my friend’s name so she could pick it up without any issues. The entire experience was smooth from start to finish, and I’m incredibly grateful they helped make my daughter’s birthday special from so far away. I would 100% recommend this place. I had an excellent experience working with this florist. I was out of town and needed to trust someone locally to create and deliver a meaningful arrangement—and they absolutely delivered. I had a very specific request for tulips in a particular color, and she went above and beyond. She personally reached out to her supplier, sourced the tulips overnight, customized the arrangement exactly as I envisioned, and had everything designed and delivered the very next day. She even provided her personal cell phone so we could communicate directly and make sure every detail was right. That level of care, responsiveness, and pride in the work is rare.
